Transmission: A Sci-Fi Short Film

Transmission is a sci-fi short film from the Australian writer/director Zak Hilditch, who more recently directed the film These Final Hours. Although we’re not sure where you can find the full-length film, Transmission received a great reception and was featured in several Australian film festivals and nominated for several awards. We only have the trailer to share at this point. The film stars Wayne Davies, Angourie Rice and Ben Sutton.

Here’s the synopsis: “Following a deadly pandemic, a father drives his nine year old daughter across outback Western Australia towards a ‘safe zone’ where their relationship is tested in a changed and unforgiving world.”
