The Mind Job: An Amusing Sci-Fi Short Film

The Mind Job, a short film by JJ Winlove, shows a future world where one man’s secrets are not safe. As it turns out, when someone witnesses a crime the police can simply tap into the person’s memories and replay what they saw. In this case, when a young couple witnesses a robbery but has trouble remembering the details. So, they are hooked up to the MEMSCAN T505 (which apparently runs Windows 95) and the investigator is able to replay their memories on screen. But when the man’s girlfriend and the investigator begin digging deeper into his memory, they find some memories that perhaps they shouldn’t see.
