Awe Inspiring Flyover Video of the Planet Mars

This incredible flyover video of Mars was created by stitching together high resolution images taken by the spacecraft Mars Express (really, that’s the name?), which was launched in June of 2003. The spacecraft has since orbited the Red Planet more than 12,500 times and provided scientists with high resolution images of the Martian surface. Those images were stitched together along with the topographical map of the planet to create this amazing simulated flyover video.
