Superman’s 75th Anniversary: A Tribute
October 17th, 2013DC Comics is celebrating the 75th anniversary of the first appearance of the Man of Steel in Action Comics #1. Bruce Timm of Superman: The Animated Series helped create this wonderful animated film which revisits Superman’s spectacular history with nods to many of his appearances and exploits over the years.
We were able to catch a few references: George Reeves, the Super Friends, Bizarro, Christopher Reeve, and Henry Cavill for starters.
