The Authentic 1966 Batmobile

This authentic Batmobile requires a year to complete is a licensed, roadworthy replica of the 1966 Batmobile driven by Adam West in the Batman TV series. It comes built on a custom Lincoln chassis with a 430 horsepower, 383 Blueprint crate engine and a Monster TH350 automatic transmission. The Batmobile includes a rear-facing propane tank which creates the same afterburner effect as the original. The cockpit includes a blinking Batphone, switch-operated electric actuators that open the hood and trunk, and a rotating red beacon on top.

The exterior features the bubble-canopy windshields and chrome rocket tubes behind the seats. It also includes clamp-on side mirrors (absent on the original) to make it street legal.
