Everything Wrong with World War Z
October 3rd, 2013CinemaSins takes a look at the Brad Pitt zombie thriller World War Z. We generally enjoyed the film despite all its “touchy feely” family stuff and the special effects were great fun to watch. However, the CinemaSins guys leave no stone unturned in finding the sins of the film.
From zombies hiding in airplane dumb waiters to Brad Pitt having no idea what virus he should inject himself with in the film’s crucial scene, there were quite a few plot holes in this film. And how could Israel be the only country that realizes what’s happening with the zombies and prepares itself by building a giant wall yet fails to warn any other country of its discovery?
If you like this one, you can see some other great looks at the sins of science fiction films by CinemaSins for Daredevil, Superman Returns, Men In Black 3, Godzilla (1998), and Kick-Ass.
