The Evolution of Princess Leia and Luke Skywalker

Artist Jeff Victor created this excellent cartoon-style look at the evolution of Star Wars wonder-siblings, Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia. We follow in the path of Luke, from a young man just learning what it means to wield a lightsaber through his training with Yoda and on to his lifelong commitment to the Jedi Order.

Luke’s sister, Leia, also begins as a strong-willed character when we first meet the Princess. She goes on to fall for Han Solo, is captured and held as a slave by Jabba the Hutt, becomes a princess to the Ewoks, and, finally, her marriage to Han.
