The Guardian’s Tale: A Terrific Animated Film
August 28th, 2013The Guardian’s Tale is a terrific animated film created as a graduate film project Griffith Film School at the Queensland College of Art in Australia. This film is so enjoyable, from the style of animation to the juxtaposition of the beast next to the girl to the narration.
On a lonely alien planet shrouded in mystery, an ominous beast guards a powerful treasure. One day he receives an unexpected guest – A seemingly innocent girl crash lands on his world. The two will forge an unusual friendship, and teach one another that looks can indeed be deceiving.
The Guardian’s Tale was co-directed by Gordy Higgins, Ryan Zujic and Christoffer Klungerbo.
