Dog with Electric Collar: A Funny Animated Film

Dog with Electric Collar tells the amusing story of a little dog who lives his days trapped in a basement apartment, watching the world go by. When his incessant barking gets to be too much, he gets a collar that gives him a shock with each bark and he does all he can to keep from being shocked. But when the neighborhood cat comes by, how will he react? And what about when it escalates into alien invaders? Or Godzilla?
