How Pacific Rim Should Have Ended

This summer’s epic Jaeger v. Kaiju giant monster battle movie, Pacific Rim, was a great ride and Guillermo del Toro delivered a terrific film while giving a nod to the classic Japanese kaiju films of the past. However, there were a few things that left us wondering how things might have gone differently. Well, the folks over at How It Should Have Ended have put together this animated alternative ending to Pacific Rim to answer some of those questions.

While the scientists are unlocking the keys to the inter-dimensional bridge, Raleigh and Mako rethink the Jaeger defensive strategy after discovering the effects of their classic Kaiju killing weapon, the overpowered sword. And Voltron comes by to clean things up.
