Beautiful Animated Short: Contre Temps

Contre Temps is a short, animated film directed by Jérémi Boutelet, Thibaud Clergue, Tristan Ménard, Camille Perrin, Gaël Megherbi, and Lucas Veber as part of their graduation project for the school of digital filmmaking, Supinfocom Arles.

In this lovely film, a steampunk-style world is governed by the extreme tides. One man is trying to collect fine watches and clocks while the tide is out and comes across a young girl who has a cheap alarm clock of her own. But when the aggressive tide rolls back in, the pair must scramble to safety or risk drowning.
