Amazing Half-Life 2 Fan Film: The Gravity Gun

This wonderful fan film created by Corridor Digital for YouTube’s Geek Week is based on video game Half-Life 2. Alyx Vance, daughter of Dr. Eli Vance, locates the Zen Crystal needed to power the gravity gun. With her father’s help, she is able to get the gun working again and uses it to battle the enemy forces. But things go a bit haywire when the gun is damaged.

The effects in this film are incredible and the recreation of the gravity gun is amazing. With Valve’s notoriously long development cycles, this may be as close as we get to Half-Life 3 for quite a long time.

The film was written and directed by Sam and Niko and stars Lilan Bowden as Alyx.
