Terrific Atomic Wonder Woman Cosplay

The always impressive cosplayer Meagan Marie created this amazing Atomic Wonder Woman cosplay costume for SDCC 2013. The character is based on one of the Champions from the video game Infinite Crisis. On her blog, Meagan walks through the details behind her inspiration and what it took to create this amazing costume. She made some parts of the armor, the bracers, kneepads, and belt buckle, using Worbla, which is a thermoplastic. which she then distressed to show battle damage.
The chainsaw spear is her favorite part of the costume and was made with a real chainsaw, painted and distressed, attached to a metal signpost. We think the whole costume looks terrific and it’s great that Meagan shares so much of her build experience with aspiring cosplayers. We can’t wait to see what she tries next.
