Kaiju Anatomical Drawings

With Pacific Rim now in theaters and all good science fiction fans getting their fix of kaiju vs. robot battle goodness, we thought we’d take the chance to share these terrific drawings showing the inner workings of some of the old-school Japanese kaiju. We don’t know the inner workings of Knifehead or Leatherback in the film, but we can show you artists’ views of Godzilla, Jiger, Mothra (in larval stage), Guiron (who reminds us of Knifehead), Anguirus, and the awesome nuclear turtle, Gamera.
