Electro Arrives: Spider-Man 2 Teaser Trailer

Jamie Foxx’s Electro has been revealed in this teaser trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man 2. This new chapter of the Spider-Man story is directed by Marc Webb and written by Jeff Pinker, Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman. Starring Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker, who made a promise to his girlfriend (Emma Stone) Gwen’s father, to protect her by staying away, finds he cannot keep that promise. The situation changes quickly when a new villain, Electro (Jamie Foxx), emerges, an old friend, Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), returns, and Peter uncovers new clues about his past.

Amazing Spider-Man 2 will swing into U.S. theaters next summer on May 2, 2014.
