Cooking: Star Trek: Making Klingon Gagh and Blood Wine

Sci Fi Dining is a new web series from SciFiRiot based on cooking science fiction inspired cuisine. In their first episode the team makes (vegetarian) Klingon Gagh and Blood Wine. Their special guest for the show is Geneviere (“Gen”) Anderson of Star Trek: Enterprise. Instead of blood worms, the Gagh is made with pasta and plated on goat cheese. We certainly like the idea of blood wine without the blood and the Gagh actually looks pretty tasty. Time to don your favorite Star Trek apron and get to the kitchen.
