Batman Inspired Scalemaille Suit of Armor

Etsy artisan Christopher Cramer originally created this suit of armor for the fan-made web series Legends: The Dark Knight. This incredible armor is handmade and required approximately 350 hours to complete. The suit contains nearly 27,000 stainless steel rings, 3,000 small anodized aluminum scales, 4,500 anodized aluminum large scales and has an approximate weight of 60 pounds. The armor set includes the helm, chainmaille coif, breastplate, pauldron, backplate, bracers, tasset/cuisse, cape and boots. Weapons and the Gamberson jacket are not included.
