Infographic: The Saga of Superman

This infographic, brought to us courtesy of SuperScholar coinciding with the release of Man of Steel, tells the story of Superman and some of the trails and travails he must endure as our iconic superhero.
From his origins back in 1932 and his identity crisis in the mid 1950s, with the creation of the Silver Age Superman and Golden Age Superman through to the long list of films and television series. It’s also nice to see a hat tip to the top Superman artists, including the venerable Max Fleischer, with a snippet of each artist’s take on the Man of Steel. The chart also includes Superman’s top 10 foes including the current film’s foe, General Zod, as portrayed in Superman II by Terence Stamp.
