Animated LEGO Battle of Helm’s Deep

We recently posted a giant 150,000+ piece LEGO build of the Battle of Helm’s Deep. Well, apparently that scene from the Lord of the Rings, The Two Towers is particularly popular among LEGO enthusiasts. This animated version of the scene — again made with LEGO — was made as an entry to the Machinima Interactive Film Festival. We see Legolas (no pun intended), Gimli and Aragorn battle the forces of Saruman’s Uruk-hai. Unfortunately, Legolas is a bit distracted in his pursuit of a box for Gimli to stand on.
