Pacific Rim: WonderCon Trailer
May 5th, 2013The robot warriors known as Jaegers, which are controlled simultaneously by two pilots whose minds are locked in a neural bridge, suit up for battle against the giant Kaiju creatures who arose from deep within the Pacific ocean in the latest trailer for Guillermo del Toro’s action-packed science fiction flick, Pacific Rim. The film’s story follows a washed up former pilot (Charlie Hunnam) and an untested trainee (Rinko Kikuchi), who are teamed to operate of a massive robot designed to fight monstrous creatures, known as Kaiju. In this clip, we also see Ron Perlman as Hannibal Chau (Hellboy) and Idris Elba (The Wire, Luther) as Stacker Pentecost.
In theaters July 12.
