It seems that being heir to the Stark Industries fortune and creating one of the biggest defense contracting and technology companies in the world pays pretty well. It also doesn’t hurt to be a fictional character. To kick off the upcoming release of Iron Man 3, the folks over at Movoto real estate blog have looked more closely at Mr. Stark’s mansion in the Point Dume neighborhood of Malibu and put a market price on it of $117,250,000.
Of course, mortgage rates are low these days. If you put down 20% and mortgaged the remainder over thirty years at 3.5%, your monthly payments would be just over $420,000. Might as well throw in the granite countertops!
