Doctor Who: Daleks vs Mechons Lost Trailer

Andrew Orton (who put together the brilliant The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Daleks) also brings us this original trailer for an unrealized Doctor Who film, Daleks vs Mechons, starring veteran Peter Cushing (perhaps best known a Baron Frankenstein in 1957 and Dracula in 1958 and, of course, as Grand Moff Tarkin in Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope) as an identical robot duplicate of Doctor Who. Watch the Daleks exterminate The Beatles. See the Daleks take on Dracula! We’re not sure what to make of this trailer, but we know we like.
