Kickstarter Blowout: Robotech RPG Tactics

The success of the Robotech Role-Playing Games continues with the current Kickstarter campaign by Palladium Books. Palladium launched the campaign to crowd fund the expansion of the Robotech RPG Tactics strategy game. Robotech RPG Tactics is a battle game in which players build armies of multiple squadrons of mecha to fight it out in scenario driven, objective based game play. The games use of a dynamic turn system allows the game’s action to  unfold at a fast and furious pace and large scale battles to be easily carried out in a single evening. The wide variety of mecha in the boxed game bring to bear the myriad and awesome weapon systems from the Robotech universe to lay waste to your foes.

Palladium has far exceeded their original campaign goal of $70,000 (currently surpassing $400,000). Because of that, many stretch goals have already been triggered. Visit the Kickstarter page for full details on all the rewards because they continue to grow as the campaign moves forward.

A pledge of $80 will get you a copy of the Robotech RPG Tactics boxed game. The early bird special of the whole Battle Cry contents at $130 are all gone, but you can get in at $140 or beyond. The campaign funding ends on May 20.
