Patton Oswalt: Star Wars Filibuster

Patton Oswalt is a guest on this week’s Parks and Recreation, playing a character who filibusters the Pawnee city council vote. The topic of his filibuster is his view for the plot of the new Star Wars Episode VII, due to be released on 2015. Oswalt’s improvised vision includes bringing in the “cream of the Marvel universe” including Iron Man and Spider-Man along with the Greek gods from Clash of the Titans and Wrath of the Titans. And Boba Fett returns and ends up saving Luke Skywalker during a battle with the X-Men. Unfortunately, Oswalt’s full eight-minute speech had to be cut for the television show, but we can watch the whole thing thanks to the Internet.
