Just How Big is the Death Star?zoom in

The real estate blog, Movoto, is again looking at some interesting facts about our favorite science fiction properties. In the past, they’ve estimated the value of Doctor Who’s TARDIS somewhere between $50,497 and $2,580,324,616.75. Now they are looking at just how big the Empire’s Death Star really is in comparison to properties on Earth. They’ve estimated that 879,000,000 Empire State Buildings could fit inside the Death Star, the equivalent of 1.08 trillion 30,000 cubic foot homes. And yet, Darth Vader couldn’t find a way to put some plywood over that hole?
