Polaris: New, Amusing Comic Book Funded by Kickstarter

Felix Kiner is using Kickstarter to launch his original black and white, hand-drawn comic, Polaris. Kiner describes it as comedy, satire, and parody. The story begins at NYU Film School then moves to a science fiction setting and on to “Woody Allen” type family world. Kiner somehow weaves in the recent presidential elections and also love story. A pledge of just $5 will get you the book in both a printed, signed version as well as a digital copy. If you pledge $100, Kiner will put your name in the book.

Kiner’s already exceeded his funding goal, but the Kickstarter project remains open until April 3, 2013.
