Avatar: The Exhibition Open Now at The Liberty Science Center

The Liberty Science Center in Jersey City is hosting Avatar: The Exhibition now through May 19, 2013. The exhibition features items related to how the film was created plus the three key pieces of technology that made the groundbreaking effects possible: performance capture, virtual camera, and the Simulcam. Attendees are able to step into a virtual set to see your own performance-capture avatar in Pandora, interace with Avatar’s floating sprites, play a scene from Avatar using a touch-screen interface, learn the Na’vi language, and more.
